Great German food in a cozy setting overlooking the Indian River Lagoon. Schnitzel is always good, and the pork shank I had during my last visit was not only tender and delicious that night, but was enough for a second meal. Sunsets can be spectacular and guests are welcome to walk out on their dock for views of the lagoon and passing dolphins.
Nice water front restaurant. Cafe in the name is misleading. Much fancier then I expected. Food was very good.
In my opinion this is the place to eat on Melbourne Beach. German food here is five star authentic. The staff is engaging and professional. Upscale restaurant, visited by Emeril, "Bam" that says it all.
This is one of my favorite places in Brevard. Every time I go I am not disappointed. Service, food, and atmosphere are all top notch for a traditional German restaurant meets riverside cafe.
I called to place a to-go order on a Saturday night at 530 pm and the woman stated that they don’t do to-go orders when they’re busy. Seriously? What kind of business REJECTS orders? I’ll be sure not to dine-in ever again either.
